Camp Bradbury

My family invented Camp Bradbury as a way to keep my nephews busy during the first summer of the pandemic. I designed a big banner and about fifty different badges they could earn. Now, when friends and family come to visit, they are excited to take a photo under the banner and earn their own badges and swag!

Hand Lettering

I have a lifelong passion for typography and calligraphy. I occasionally challenge myself to a month long lettering challenge, where I spend no more than five minutes per day on a small piece of lettering. Sometimes I work digitally, sometimes with ink or marker, and sometimes it’s just a ten-second scribble on a bar napkin.

Family Trees

Years ago, I created a typographic family tree for my grandmother as a Christmas present. What started out as a single gift evolved into a series of commissions over the course of years. Many trees led to additional commissions for recipients’ other relatives, so many of the trees I created connect to each other in a typographic forest. I love discovering the unique tree shape that each family forms.
